I’ve finished the embroidery on the second ornament and started – barely – the third one.

Right now I’m working on eight pointed stars in metallic threads.

Next, I want to do hardanger cut work with silver and gold le may behind them.

There is blue candle in last year’s Ornaments magazine that I want to do several of after that – not all blue, mind you.

JB Designs has some lovely little ornaments that I did in 18 to the inch for needle cases. I think I’ll repeat them in a bigger stitch for ornaments.

And, of course, there’s blackwork – in any color except black. I got some lovely silks from Nancy.

I should, also, look at Nancy’s books – there are sure to be a number of designs in them that will make fun ornaments.

The ankle is coming along fine – I hardly limp any more. Maybe I could try weaving this weekend. We’ll see how it feels on Saturday.
